Arrival Time
VBS begins each evening at 6:30 p.m. Since we are expecting a large number of children, we encourage families to arrive between 6:00 and 6:20 p.m. This will allow enough time to complete the check-in process and ensure your child does not miss any part of the program.
To save time, you can complete check-in ahead of time using the Church Center app.
Before VBS begins, please make sure your family’s information is updated in our system, especially:
- Phone numbers
- Allergy information and any important medical conditions
- Authorized pickup contacts (A Pickup Ticket is required for child pickup)
- Photo and video permissions
When You Arrive
We want both you and your child to have a great experience from the moment you arrive. When you enter the building, please proceed to the Check-In Area located in the lobby. Our friendly volunteer team will be ready to assist you and answer any questions.
After check-in, one of our volunteers will guide your child to their assigned Crew, where they will be welcomed by their Crew Leader and Crew Assistant. These leaders will provide care, guidance, and encouragement throughout the evening as your child participates in VBS activities.

Daily Schedule
Each day, children in Preschool and Elementary will participate in a variety of exciting, age-appropriate activities designed to help them learn, grow, and have fun.
At the beginning and end of each evening, all children will gather in the main auditorium for:
- Worship
- The day’s Bible teaching
- Group activities and celebrations
Throughout the evening, each Crew will rotate through different stations, including:
- Bible Adventures – An engaging Bible lesson where children discover and apply God’s Word.
- Hands-On Activities & Experiments – Interactive experiences that reinforce the Bible lesson and encourage learning through discovery.
- Games & Fun Activities – Theme-based activities that promote teamwork, connection, and excitement.
Every activity has been carefully designed to help children learn God’s Word in a fun, engaging, safe, and age-appropriate environment.
Toddlers (18 Months–2 Years Old)
Toddlers will remain throughout the evening in a classroom specially prepared for their age group. They will not participate in the station rotations designed for older children.
Our caring volunteer team will provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where toddlers can enjoy age-appropriate activities and care while their families participate in VBS.
Parent Hospitality Area
Parents and guardians who choose to remain on campus during VBS are welcome to spend time in our Parent Hospitality Area.
This comfortable and welcoming space provides an opportunity to:
- Relax and enjoy a peaceful environment.
- Connect and meet other families.
- Enjoy light refreshments.
- Learn more about our church and our community.
If you prefer, you are also welcome to drop off your child and return at the end of the program. Our team will be ready to care for your child and provide a safe, fun, and meaningful VBS experience.
Child Care & Communication
To help the program run smoothly, we encourage parents not to remain with their children during activities. Each station has been carefully planned to provide a safe, organized, and age-appropriate environment.
We understand, however, that some families may have special circumstances that require additional support. If you believe your child would benefit from having you nearby, please contact us before VBS so we can discuss the best way to support your family.
If we need to reach you during the program, we will send you a text message using the phone number provided during check-in.
If at any time you would like to check on your child or need to communicate with them, please visit the Check-In area, where a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Supporting Children with Additional Needs
Every child is valuable to us, and we want every family to have a wonderful VBS experience.
We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for children with additional needs, including developmental, educational, sensory, behavioral, or medical needs.
If your child requires accommodations, additional support, has a diagnosis we should be aware of, or if there is anything you believe would help us care for them well, we encourage you to contact us before VBS begins.
Our team would be happy to:
- Talk with you and learn more about your child’s needs.
- Understand how we can best support your child.
- Work together to provide a safe, positive, and meaningful VBS experience.
